Heart Month 2026

This Heart Month, in February, keep us beating heart disease by taking on on a walking challenge or organising your own fundraising event to power lifesaving research.

In the UK, someone dies from a heart or circulatory condition every 3 minutes.

This Heart Month, we're calling on everyone to help keep hearts beating.

No matter how you choose to support British Heart Foundation (BHF) this Heart Month, thank you. Our hearts are precious, and with your help, we can protect them.

How you can help during Heart Month

Walk for Hearts

Challenge yourself to walk 28, 50 or 100 miles in February. A stroll in the park, a trip to the shops, or a longer walk with friends - you choose when and where to get your miles in.

Fundraise

A red non-uniform day, a relaxed coffee morning at work, or a quiz night with friends – there are lots of ways to raise money for lifesaving research this Heart Month.
